Tasting Notes

Bright, confident and unmistakably IPA. Simcoe brings zesty citrus peel, ripe apricot and that signature gentle pine edge. Balanced by a soft malt body and clean bitterness, this one leans classic West Coast in character but stays sessionable and smooth.
