Hobsons Brewery are receiving a high volume of online orders, in response to this we are now shipping deliveries every day (Monday to Friday). Due to increased demand estimated delivery is 2 working days.
We're doing our utmost to provide a good service whilst protecting our staff, with a reduced work force, in conjunction with a stretched courier (DHL). Please use the tracking information provided by DHL, you will receive a notification the day your parcel is out for delivery. Thank you.
Loyalty Points Scheme
For every £1 you spend on our online shop, you will collect 1 point. 1 point has a monetary value of £0.03 and you must have an account. You can redeem your points off orders once you have at least 150 points (this equates to £4.50). The points will be assigned to your account once we have processed your order. Points will expire 6 months from the day they are assigned to your account if they are not used.
Two Days Notice on Ordering Polypins:
Cask beer is a natural product that needs to be in perfect condition for the best taste experience. We prepare bright beer for polypins, therefore you can expect your polypin to be delivered 2-3 working days after order confirmation.
To ensure you enjoy Hobsons at its very best we recommend that you take delivery of a polypin of beer as close to the time you plan to drink the beer i.e having a party Saturday night, order the beer Wednesday, we dispatch it Thursday for delivery to you on Friday.
At Hobsons we stand by the products we craft, we believe in quality and we will not be content until you are. So, if our beers, clothing or homeware have failed you in any way, please notify us as soon as possible to arrange return or exchange or refund. As a consumer you have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a full refund or exchange.
We would ask for all goods to be returned intact no later than five working days from delivery.
Customers are asked to contact Hobsons Brewery within 72 hours of delivery to report damaged goods. If a product has been lost or is short please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your DHL tracking number and EKM order number where possible. Products lost or damaged will be replaced free of charge provided we have the item(s) in stock, if the item(s) are out of stock we shall recommend a suitable replacement. The replacement order will be dispatched asap.
In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the consumer has the right to change their mind and cancel the order (for no reason), return the goods and receive a refund. The consumers right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment that they place their order and ends 14 calendar days from the day they receive their goods.
If the parcel has been dispatched but returned back to us, we will refund you the cost of the product minus the delivery charges (delivery out and returned delivery).
Cancellation policy for Brewery & Foodie Nights:
If you have booked for a specific Brewery Night or Foodie event and wish to cancel your place we ask for at least seven days’ notice and a full refund will be made or tickets can be transferred to another event subject to availability. Unfortunately, if you cancel without giving seven days’ notice or don’t turn up to the event, no refund will be made.
