Hobsons Pale Crowned Champion at the Midlands Independent Beer Awards 2025!

We’re thrilled to share some brilliant news from Nottingham — Hobsons Pale has been crowned Cask Session Pale Ale Champion at the SIBA Midlands Independent Beer Awards 2025!

Winning in a stacked category with some real heavy hitters from the session ale scene, this win means a lot to us. It’s our first year competing in the Midlands region rather than Wales and West, and our first ever SIBA Independent Beer Awards entry for Hobsons Pale, so to see it crowned champion against such a large and talented field of brewers is something we’re incredibly proud of.

This 4% Pale has been a fantastic edition to the Hobsons range. Refreshing, balanced, and brewed for a broad range of drinkers. To have it recognised by SIBA and celebrated amongst such fantastic company means the world to our team.

Made with an all-British line-up of ingredients, including Maris Otter base malt, Hobsons Pale delivers a beautifully balanced pint; mild malt flavour with light floral and citrus notes that make it effortlessly drinkable.
